Regression and Hypnosis is used in three main ways:

- Going directly to the source of the problem through a series of “regressions” where the core of healing begins
Through a series of regressions connecting to your inner child you can get to the source of an issue and discover and change old conclusions and behaviors.
Not sure what an inner child is? Have you ever been with someone and that person takes something that was said in pure innocence and not meant to be harmful and they take it completely out of context? That is the perfect example of that individual’s inner child got offended. Also, some people will regress back to their child and act out like one! Storming out of the room, get angry, cry, pout etc. We all have inner children within us that can be “frozen in time” and certain events in life can “trigger” them.
In childhood we can often make unhealthy conclusions and behaviors about life and ourselves at a very young age. These old conclusions can get in the way of happiness. They live in our subconscious mind and can be a quiet (or not) back ground noise that runs our life. “I’m not good enough”, “There must be something wrong with me”, “I am invisible” are just of the some core conclusions. These back ground conclusions often get in the way of success and a full filling life. Ego strengthening and learning to listen to and nurture the inner child is essential for moving forward in life.
