My yoga is a bit different then some others in the fact that I include focus on chakra centers, grounding to the earth to create an empowered you, while increasing strength and flexibility. And don’t forget a lot of intention to “let go” and a powerful meditation at the end of each class using my hypnosis experience!

I am certified in Regression and Hypnosis along with a master level certification in Energy Healing, and teach various metaphysical classes in the area. When I started practicing yoga over 7 years ago, I found that it immensely helped me to calm my mind, like a slow moving meditation. My time to go inward and connect to all aspects of myself. This in turn helped me focus more in my  regression and hypnosis business and better connect to my clients needs.

During yoga practice I found myself silently doing “energy movements and intentions” which I have learned over the years, such as grounding to the earth. Grounding to the earth means that we are designed to gather energy from Mother

Earth. With proper breathing and intention we can gather her energy into our lower energy centers and empower ourselves. When we are ungrounded (not connected to the earth) we can become accident prone, overly analytical, feel scattered, tired and drained, and illness can form. Knowing how important it is to be grounded and energetically balanced, I decided to create my own classes and include this information and much more with various gentle yoga poses for strength and flexibility.
